The farm production includes old species of cereals, collection of old apple, sour and sweet cherries varieties in a traditional orchard, vegetables: beans, pumpkin, green legged hens and guinea fowl – about 100 pieces and 4 pieces Polish red cattle breed.
Organic Pasta plant production:
Organic Pasta plant, based on the organic farm, started operations in August 1991. Due to the high concentration of organic farms in the region, the lack of cereal products on the market, they decided to deal with processing of organic cereals and started with wholemeal pasta, initially in small amount, using wheat, then rye and spelt.
Initially, only the family members were engaged in the pasta production. In the mid 90′s they started to look for other workers. They currently employ 11 people.
In the early years they were processing a few tons of grain per year and today they are able to reach about 700 t/year and they are increasing the range of the products all the time.
