Organic Pasta plant, based on the organic farm, started operations in August 1991. Initially, only the family members were engaged in the pasta production. In the mid 90′s they started to look for other workers. They currently employ 11 people.
In the early years they were processing a few tons of grain per year and today they are able to reach about 700 t/year and they are increasing the range of the products all the time.
